1. Mixing tank:
---The cylinder cross-section for the inverted "Ω"-shaped.
---Adopting the overall annealing process to deal with the cylinder welding to prevent stress and deformation after welding;
---Its scale-board and leaf are made from wear-resistant alloy cast iron, and it is of well-structured and long service life;

3. Lubrication system:
---Adopting shaft sealing structure and the automatic lubrication system to reduce grease lubricant consumption cost as well as its impact on the concrete performance;
---Can choose the different forms of oiling: continuous oiling, intermittent oiling and manual oiling.
4. Transmission system: cycloid-type transmission and shaft-mounted transmission structure;
5. Shaft sealing structure:
---Its inner layer is labyrinth seal, which is made of special wear-resistant material, the middle layer is a number of special rubber rings and the pressurized oil protection, the outer layer has a floating seal ring with a rubber ring to prevent the plasma leakage;
---With a 100 mm isolation zone between the bearing seat and shaft sealing area to completely isolate the leakage of concrete slurry from the bearing, and thus to extend the service life of the critical parts.
---Adopting the two-horizontal-axis, which is of easy operation and quick setting up. The electrical components are installed by the clip orbit, which are of convenient operation and maintenance.
---There are three types of discharge height for choice
---1.6m、2.2m、3.8m, and the mixing concrete can be received and conveyed by the mobile dump truck or concrete mixer truck. It is of low-cost, compact structure, and all the modules are suitable for containerized transport.
